How to make the perfect flatbread Pizza from scratch

The dough is perfect for pizza and the toppings are so versatile and delicious.

But when I want something a little lighter and easier to make, I can’t beat this recipe for flatbread.

It’s quick, easy, and you can make this for a whole family.

1 tablespoon olive oil 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 cup sugar 2 tablespoons baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 3 cups flour 1 cup milk 1 cup frozen peaches 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Directions Preheat oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.

In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add baking soda, garlic powder, black pepper, and baking powder.

Add flour mixture to the dry ingredients and mix on low speed for 2 minutes.

Add milk and frozen peachy peaches.

Mix until well combined.

Add shredded mozarella cheese.

Mix on low-medium speed until well blended.

Cover and bake for 25 minutes.

Cool on a wire rack before serving.

Notes The flour is optional, but it adds a nice crunch to the dough.

Also, make sure to stir in the milk after baking, as it will thicken and thicken a little. 3.2.2807
