JERRYS PIZZA is the Newest Pizza to Come Out of the Oven!
And that means it has the most new ingredients ever!
JERRIES PIZZAS are just what they sound like, a bunch of sausage, onions, and peppers.
These delicious, savory pizza toppings are loaded with flavor, so they can easily be paired with your favorite dishes!
Here’s how to make a JERRYS PIZZZA.
Start with a large pizza crust.
JERRYSMART® Pizza Crust: 3 cups pizza sauce (we recommend a mix of Worcestershire and Worcester sauce) 1/4 cup finely chopped onion 1 tsp.
finely chopped garlic 2 tsp.
kosher salt 1 tsp., freshly ground black pepper 1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese (for the crust) 3/4 to 1 cup thinly sliced fresh basil 1 tsp.(or more) freshly ground cumin 1/8 tsp.
dried oregano 1/16 tsp.
crushed red pepper flakes 1/3 cup finely diced mozzato cheese 1/12 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 tsp kosher salt.
(optional) Add all the toppings to a large skillet or large nonstick skillet.
Add about 1 cup of the sauce and the onion, garlic, and salt.
Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 8 minutes, stirring often.
Add the tomatoes and cook for another minute.
Add more sauce as needed to make it thick and creamy.
When the cheese has melted, add the basil and cumin and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 1 minute.
Stir in the oreganos, red pepper, and cilantro.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with a slice of your favorite cheese.
