The popular Pat’s pizza chain has announced that it will soon be offering gluten free delivery of pizza and other goods in India, with delivery to be done through a new delivery platform called PizzaBox.
The new delivery service will be rolled out in the coming weeks, with the pizza chain’s flagship PizzaBox delivery option, PizzaBox, offering gluten-free delivery.
According to a statement, Pizzabox is designed to ensure that a customer is not inconvenienced by delivery delays due to delivery issues or any other delivery issues.
In India, it will be possible to order the PizzaBox pizza through the Pizza Box website, which offers a wide range of delivery options.
PizzaBox deliveries will start from Rs. 25,000 per box, and the delivery will take around five to seven days.
PizzaBox is a new service for Pat’s, which is also a Pizza franchisee.
The chain has been the leading pizza chain in India for the last several years, with its flagship pizza chain serving over 3.5 million customers.
Currently, Pizza-Box is only available in Delhi, Mumbai and Hyderabad, and its delivery options will be limited to the states of Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat and Odisha.
The chain will roll out PizzaBox in partnership with the National Food Corporation of India (NFCI), which will help the pizza-delivery business in the country, Pat’s spokesperson Anurag Thakur told ET.
Pizza-box delivery has become a mainstream feature of Indian retail chains in recent years, as the country has seen an increase in orders of pizzas.
Pat’s is also the largest chain of pizza delivery to the UK.
“Pat’s Pizza has always been committed to making sure that our customers are not inconveniated in the delivery of their food, and Pizza Box is an exciting new addition to our delivery network,” Thakar said.
“We are working closely with NFCI to ensure seamless delivery to customers in India.
The Pizza Box platform will provide customers with a simple and efficient solution for the delivery needs of the fast-growing market in the market,” he added.
The Pizza Box delivery platform will be available to Pat’s customers from June 15, and delivery will start at Rs. 26,000 for the first box, Rs. 30,000 to Rs. 35,000 on the second box, then Rs. 40,000.
Delivery will be for up to three delivery trips, with an option for delivery to any number of customers.
Pizzas will be delivered by a dedicated team, with a total of four pizza delivery drivers working in coordination with a team of six.
“We have chosen Pizza Box for this service as it has been proven to be the most efficient, cost-effective delivery service in the business in India,” said Thakus spokesperson.
Pizza Box has also launched an app, called Pizzapoint, which will be the first delivery service to be integrated into the platform.
Pizzabox has already started rolling out in India and will be launched in the US and Europe next week.
