A few weeks ago, I came across an article about a new Little Caears pizza chain that promised a more flavorful pizza that would be healthier, less processed and more affordable.
I was intrigued by the claim that the pizza would have fewer ingredients and fewer additives, but more importantly, that the company had a plan to make a pizza that people would want to eat more often.
I wanted to see what kind of pizza was in store.
So, I took my research from the New York City Department of Health’s website and headed to the pizza restaurant.
