Start by placing your pizza in the oven and opening the lid.
Place the peel on top of your food and place the lid on top.
Once your pizza is ready, simply open the lid, remove the pizza, and set aside.
What you’ll need for this pizza peel tutorial: 1/4 cup vegetable oil 2 tablespoons olive oil 3 tablespoons kosher salt (to taste) 1 cup chopped parsley, stems removed 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon onion powder (optional) Directions: Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan over medium-high heat.
Add the onion and garlic and cook until fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Remove the garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
Add all the parsley and lemon juice and cook, stirring frequently, for another minute.
Add in the lemon juice, salt, garlic and parsley.
Reduce the heat to low and cook for another 30 seconds.
Add more olive oil if needed to get it all to the saucepan.
Stir in the parsleys and onions.
Remove from heat and stir in the Parmesan cheese.
Return the sauce to low heat.
Let sit for 30 minutes to a few hours.
Remove and discard the parskins and onions from the sauce.
Return the sauce and the onion mixture to the pan and stir well.
Bring to a boil and then reduce the heat and simmer for about 15 minutes, until the pizza is cooked through.
Remove to a plate, garnish with parsley or basil and serve.
