The new breed of pizzerias are doing something different from the traditional pizza chains which often serve traditional fare such as chicken tikka masala, beef or pork pies.
They are serving up pizzas of their own creation, with all-day breakfast and lunch specials.
They offer a range of flavours and toppings including meat, dairy, fish and even a range foie gras, the restaurant’s owner and founder Pradeep Singh told NDTV.
Pradeep says that Primos, which was founded in 2010, started with the aim of serving the best pizza in the city.
“We started with a few basic pizzas and a few flavours of pizza.
But, it’s the flavour of the pizza that’s what’s special, the pizzas that we serve,” he said.
Pradeshek opened Primos in March 2016 and it has quickly expanded.
“Our aim is to be the best place to eat pizza in Delhi,” he added.
Primos has been opening in several different parts of the city and is located on the corner of New Market Road and Baghpat Nagar in Delhi’s North Block.
The restaurant serves up a wide range of pizzas including chicken takka masalas, beef tikki and beef paan tikku, as well as salads, sandwiches and pizzas.
Primo Pizza Hut was founded by Pradeeps brother, Pradeesh, in 2013.
His father is the founder of a private restaurant chain called Bahu Mahal Pizza.
The family opened the restaurant in 2011.
The franchise is also in the process of expanding its offerings to other parts of Delhi.
Primoz is the only restaurant in the Delhi region that serves a full breakfast and dinner menu and offers the same for lunch and dinner.
The menu also includes an extensive range of salads, soups, sandwiches, pastas and salads, among other items.
Primosh has also expanded his menu to cater to different regions of Delhi including Pune and Panchkula.
Primoso Pizza Hut is one of the top 10 restaurants in the country according to the Restaurant Week survey of the World Travel & Tourism Council.
The survey revealed that Delhi was the number one restaurant in India with a population of 2.5 crore, followed by Mumbai with 2.1 crore and Bangalore with 1.9 crore.
